STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (SRM)
Why be a SRM at First Insight:
This high-visibility, customer-facing position provides the opportunity to both engage directly with C-Level leaders in global organizations, as well as lead internal cross-functional teams in the delivery of services.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:
An SRM’s primary responsibility is increasing customer loyalty by ensuring that:
•    FI solutions become an integral part of the customer’s workflow
•    FI solutions are adapted within and across our clients’ functions

As an SRM at First Insight, you will: 
•    Demonstrate how FI’s solution can positively impact customers’ strategic goals and operational performance
•    Showcase current successes, highlighting the value and ROI of our products and solutions
•    Transfer knowledge on how to best utilize the output of FI’s solution suite to the customer
•    Stay current in the retail industry and communicate to customers the strategic trends, opportunities and challenges that face them

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Specific accountabilities include:
•    Facilitate executive level quarterly recaps
•    Drive usage and adoption of FI’s software solution thru-out customer’s organization
•    Build relationships with key individuals within the customer’s employee base
•    Educate/train potential customers on how to use our solution

IDEAL PROFILE 
•    Degree from an accredited college or university
•    Desire and ability to learn all aspects of the retail analytics industry
•    Desire to take an entrepreneurial role involving sales strategies and executions
•    Ability to work in a dynamic environment and balance multiple responsibilities
•    Outstanding listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
•    Assertive and goal-oriented with high personal drive, integrity and energy
•    Must be comfortable working in a team environment
•    Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
•    Knowledge of the retail industry helpful 

Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
